A New
Look - A New Name
Well, it didn't start off that I had
plans to make this huge site....but it just grew. As the years change,
so does the look of this site. As each person grows and shows new interests,
I change their pages to reflect that. So Lady Care's Garden of started
out as Lady Care's Magical Garden of Love. Why the name change? Well, simply put
they are really both the same to me. I'm a totally romantic person but
true love has eluded me for most of my life until now. With my soul mate
by my side, I now travel down the road of true love and now because of
this my life has become magical because it was my dream as a child of 11
years old to find my soul mate, marry and live forever in love. It is possible
for dreams to come true....I'm living proof of that.

All About
Me
Where do I start? Well, I grew up
mostly in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada but have also lived in Quebec and the
Maritimes for some years. I've been married three times (finally found
my true love) and have 4 children and 2 step children. As well, we have
two dogs, Pugsley (the Roti in a Pug Body) and Madussa (a Pit Bull who
will show anyone that there are no bad dogs, just bad owners. My whole
life is up here on the web...so travel around and learn more about me,
my loves, my treasures, my collections and my family.

My Name Means
My Name comes from the Irish surname
"Caroll" meaning champion. She radiates charm and beauty. An
individual with kindness and romance in her heart. Blessed with the caring
gift. (Guess that's how I got named Lady Care :) !)

My Hobbies
My hobbies and my life consist of making
web sites and making graphics. I love doing both and now do lots of sites
for mothers who have lost a child. Guess when I got CFS (more about that
on my CFS Page) and I lost my career as a social worker, I discovered that
I lost a part of me. Helping others has always been a part of me so what
was I to do now that I couldn't help them. Well, the computer and the web
not only opened up a whole new world for me, but gave me back the part
of me I lost. I can help others and still do, on the web.

Things
I Collect
Anyone who knows me...knows that I
just love Teddy Bears!
I love the big soft cuddly ones and now also collect the Cherished Teddies
Series. Each one is made individually and comes with papers. If you want
to know how many teddy bears I have, here is a comment I got that may help
you to picture it.
At a party Doug gave me for my birthday I was taking visitors for a tour
of our home. As I opened each door and explained who's room it was, the
kids weren't saying anything. Then when I got to the last room, my room,
I opened the door and the three kids along on the tour ran in and said
excitedly "Which kid has this room?". I said "It's my room"(laughing the whole time)
and then they said "But it's covered in Teddy Bears". I said..."Yeap...I
just love teddy bears". So there is a picture for you of my room full
of teddy bears. I've run out of room for them...but I will find more space
in there for them somehow LOL!!!

My Philosophy
on Life
Well, my philosophy on life is simple.
I believe that God has a big plan in motion for us and that everything
that happens to us and everyone we meet is for a specific reason. Sometimes
we learn the reason, other times we don't. It doesn't matter if we know
the reason or not...the plan continues. I love life, my family, my home
and my computer. I love holidays especially Christmas and Valentines Day...but
that's because I'm a romantic and a softy. I love life and am grateful each way when I wake up. Having CFS makes one appreciate everything that most people take for granted. If I'm having a good day....I'm having a way better day than a normal he he!!

My Philosophy
on People
My philosophy on people is just as
simple as my philosophy on life. I love people...all people. I believe that
the majority of people are basically good. It is these people that I love
meeting and getting to know. Sometimes I meet people that aren't that good
and I accept them but choose not to socialize with them. Having CFS means
having a limited amount of energy, therefore I cannot afford to waste energy
or time on people who are not going to be in my life forever. The web is
a fantastic place to meet nice people. Sure there are bad people out in
cyber space...but there are bad people all over the world so they will
find a way to the web as well. The majority of people in cyber space are
worth meeting and getting to know and love. I find that most of my closest
and dearest friends are in cyber space and wouldn't trade them for anything. You can meet some of these wonderful friends in my Friendship Room.

Updates
Well, it's been 13 years since I
got a computer and built my first web page. Now 13 years later I not only
love making web sites, I now love making graphic sets. As you will see
as you travel throughout Lady Care's Realm on the Web, each set has been
carefully chosen and made for a specific person or reason.
All the kids are on their own now and we moved to Montreal when my husband was offered an employee position. I miss the kids alot but it is so peaceful without them. LOL!!
